Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Federal Way

The frozen yogurt was quite disappointing; it had a taste that felt artificial and chemical. On a brighter note, the staff member was very attractive. Nevertheless, charging $6.50 for just 8 ounces is outrageous, especially given the poor quality of the product, which didn't align with the concept of a natural treat. I definitely won't be coming back.

The new manager is extremely rude, and I was surprised to notice how many of the previous staff members are no longer there. They were some of the kindest employees. I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

Once we got to the frozen yogurt and toppings area, I noticed the floor was dirty and sticky, with toppings and crumbs scattered everywhere. The froyo trays were also in poor condition. A few flavors tasted off (my kids love to try several), so we opted for the familiar ones and just hoped we wouldn't get sick afterwards. For now, I won’t be returning to this location. I really hope they clean it up soon!

I really enjoy Menchie's! They have a fantastic variety of flavors that change every month. Adding different toppings makes it a fun experience to customize your frozen yogurt to match your taste preferences. Plus, you only pay by weight, not by the number of toppings or flavors you choose.
