Panera Bread - Federal Way

Worst experience I've ever had at a Panera. Placed order online and was told 6:25 pickup time. Arrived not long after 6:25. Received notification the order was ready. Asked several employees about our order. Waited another 20 minutes. Finally got my order and staff didn't seem to understand why I would be upset when I had to ask again. When I go to leave the delivery truck is blocking the exit. Couldn't be bothered to mark the sandwiches and very little meat in either one. I have had better experiences at this location in the past. Maybe I'll just continue to patronize the South Center and Super Mall locations.

I usually like everything at Panera, but today I tried the turkey chili and found it to be disappointing. I did not like the flavor at all, especially with the addition of corn.

I'm sorry, but the prices here have gotten ridiculous over the years. It tastes good and everything, the atmosphere is great. But they don't really have any cheap options like they used to for a cheap for like me...

My mom and I ate here a couple weeks ago and her salad bowl came on a plate that had a very large dried red sauce on it. For context the salad didn’t have any red sauce. It was pretty off putting and when we told an employee about it they just gave us a new plate. Probably accidental oversight but pretty unappetizing and gross, made us want to not return. Panera’s prices are getting pretty steep anyway, just as or even more than a good sit down Thai or Japanese restaurant or something. They were out of coffee and baguettes too. probably won’t be back

This is by far the worst Perera I have ever been too, witnessed staff being rude to customers, 5 people standing around doing nothing while 1 person rings up the line taking extremely long with each customer but she was old one of the young kids just standing there could have jumped on a register. Then they are out of lettuce how can a soup salad sandwich place be out of lettuce? Finally get my sandwich couldn't get a salad, and the thing is terrible half of the sandwich has no toppings but tons of clumped up sauce and when you go to take a bite the bread is hard and sauce start coming through the top on the bread out the back. All together terrible drive to the next Panera your wallet and stomach will appreciate it.
