Wetzel's Pretzels - Federal Way

My mom’s pretzel was burned, a lot of mine were burned. Won’t be coming back, Auntie Anne’s is so much better.

Went here to get a pretzel and the cashier shorted me my money upside the gave me my money back but they need to pay more attention in what they are

This is a good area if you want some high-quality pretzels and hot dogs. Employees are very nice and efficient and the atmosphere is great. 10/10 highly recommend you visit the store! ?

Employee was just on her phone and did not acknowledge me. Tried to purchase something and their register card terminal was just unplugged and the employee could not figure out how to plug it back in. Was not able to purchase anything.

The food was good the customer service was awesome marieom was very sweet and came out to check in on us and how our food was after we ordered
