Buffalo Wild Wings - Fenton

While it's not my top restaurant choice, I have never been disappointed here. I especially enjoy their Chili Cheese Dip (without the Pico). Today, my waitress was excellent.

The service was incredibly slow and poor. The staff was unfriendly and the restaurant was dirty. The food was also not good. I will not be returning.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years and have never experienced such poor customer service. We sat down on the bench and waited, but no one acknowledged us.

When I left, we had a great server and our order came out quickly. Most BWW these days have quite hard service and it is difficult in and out in an hour. Either we had a great waitress or they still train the right way down here. Not much to say. The same old BWW menu we all know and love. Parking seemed plentiful and within the Gravois Bluffs were not too much trouble.
