Burger King - Fenton

We had an issue with our food that the employees noticed before we did, they all went above and beyond to fix it. Amber at the drive thru window was especially very helpful and sweet!

Stopped in for lunch. Fast and correct service. ???

So yesterday I order, pull up to first window. No one comes so I go to second window. Then old guy in veterans hat is annoyed I pulled up. Said I was supposed to go to first window. Then another worker paid for my food so great night. But then they forgot my 2 fries. Which is fine I called and they’re giving me a credit. But today I don’t pull up to second window, I go to the first, not only do I get honked at but then made to feel stupid that they never use that first window. So please tell me which one is it?? Don’t like being mean but I snapped at the girl because I was getting honked at for doing what I was told YESTERDAY!!!! Maybe put some signs up indicating what would make you guys happy cause sounds like you can’t win no matter what you do.

When you get a group of high schoolers together where they are being rude and taking orders and laughing at customers. And when you go to leave they stick their tongues out and laugh when your being a bigger person. Terrible

I don't go to drive-thrus as often as I used to, but I get hungry for a Whopper occasionally. The Burger King in Fenton is my favorite one. They ALWAYS get my order right, and the food is perfect. (Not thrown together)
