20 minutes with 4 other cars in line. ended because we couldn't get a service.
I would give this place a zero if I could. at several locations (more than 10,) I am on the trip approx. 1 hour-30 minutes before the closing arrived and no one could serve me. no signs were reported that they were closed or were changed hours. everything I wanted was a micking and a fries.
The lobby is closed; walks don't even have to do a job. politically asked to speak with a manager and got brian with that was obviously not a manager!) he approached the window aggressiw; screamed! it was pointed out to open the window. his body language was threatening. the surrounding make a hotel my only home. I could not “driving” to the restaurant. I just wanted a breakfast sandwich. I never felt so deep. Unfortunately, I now refuse to apply any facility that employs evil people as brian.
Placed my order, to then get to the first window and they asked, “large fry?”. I replied with, “no, it was the order with 4 Spivey mcchickens and a happy meal.” The attendant then runs my card hands the card and receipt back to me and closes the window. I realized the person on rang up 4 mcchickens and ram the card.I park, so I’m not holding up the line just to take the time and get my child out of their car seat and walk to the door that is locked. Lobby is closed and a sign says refer to the drive thru. The drive thru is now 15 cars deep, so that’s not an option.I understand mistakes happen, but when the worker didn’t have my order it would have been easy to say, “my apologies sir, but can you give me your order again.”Useless customer service with no way to confront anyone to get it resolved without sitting for 40 minutes in the drive thru. Never again.
