Steak N Shake - Fenton

Food is always good. You do a great job during these trials! Most employees here are great.

Working on this steak and shaking for 2 months, was fired abruptly. I wanted to offer a great service for the customers of this store. I like steak and shake well; I enjoy cooking fresh burgers and performing exact orders. Many of the employees would complain about the customers coming through the drive. The manager would sit in the office all day and promote a person with whom she lives in management. The restaurant was a clique; that I never had the chance to really be part. I have done all the tasks I have shown how to do, and there was not much training until side work. It was constantly understated while I worked there, and was not given breaks unless I asked for one. In most cases, it would feel guilty to even take a break. The manager Alesha would often come to the store badly and bring her friend Ashley with her. Set the tone of the shop where the employees feel demotivated, demoralized. The way she would ask us to do things that despise. I still want to work for this store, but I don't think it would be the same if I had to work with these 2 managers. Vic and Vinny are great! Righteous, Ryan.

I'll wait for the drive-thru forever. After all, they had to order and said it was 20 minutes because they were working on a great order. Why do they not use half of the grill for the big order and half for the drive thru customers???? Complete mismanagement.

Their food is great when they get your order right but no matter if there is nobody in line or 5 people in front of you, you will be there for at least 20 mins

Their onion rings are to dance for. Always freshly cooked and you get a nice portion of large sized onion rings. The cashier was friendly and communicated clearly.
