Bacar Restaurant Bar

Spent 3 nights at the Pullman for a work event. Every morning was greeted with a smile and a 'how are you today sir '. My coffee order was remembered, made and delivered to my table with a genuine conversation regarding my days plans. Great service and delicious food.

Bacar is the sophisticated and stylish restaurant in the equally elegant Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park. This 5 star hotel is located in the heart of the Sydney Olympic precinct and therefore so close to so many venues there's so much to do around here!

Came to Bacar for our anniversary. The brilliant food concealed in a hotel really deserves its own space. Beautifully furnished with well chosen wine list to match the food. Come at dinner to experience the Gnocchi which was to die for! Shout out to Alex and Jack for their services.

The food was amazing, and the service was just as good. The only complain I had was the price, it was very expensive, but the experience was nice. Will probably go again!
