With other things ordered for a falafel roll, lady on the counter asked me what sauce I want, I asked what are the available sauces, the lady did not respond to me at all and marked hot chilli on her order paper and passed it over. This was no miscommunication, I remember the way she did this.Next time when I went inside to ask her about status of my order, first she did not respond. On asking again she did not respond to me and spoke to other staff for handing me over whatever was ready.I don't feel like going there again because of the staff attitude. If the staff improves a bit, the kebabs are really good.

Overpriced, overrated and absolutely crappy customer service. Much better places around. These guys seriously have no idea, they always get my order wrong and then just look at me dumbfounded. I give up!
Love this place, mainly cuz of the name (theres even a cousin vip card! Love the mix plate and the kebab, pretty cheap and you get a good feed out of it. Especially love the shish lamb and chicken Definitely recommend and revist
I stumbled across this place more than a decade ago when I was passing through the area. Their shish kebab were so deliciously memorable I find myself occasionally making the drive across the city into pemulway whenever I feel like one. I came back yesterday for a chicken shish kebab, and to my relief they were still there. My chicken shish had all the right flavours but was a tad raw, so I asked if they could just pop it in the sandwich press for a bit they insisted on making a new one, and popped a new shish on the charcoal straight away. Shish was on point. I really love this place, seriously one of the best kebab places in Sydney and every bit worth the trek.
