Unfortunately the burrito was cold, I thought the meat in the burrito would be hot at least. I paid extra for sour cream but I couldnt see or taste any in the burrito. The guacamole was nice that was the only saving grace. My sister said her nachos were ok

Disgusting. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY FROM MAD MEX!!! I ordered the large naked burrito bowl and large nachos. The bowl that arrived was definitely the size of the kids one, there was no rice and a few pieces of chicken with a little bit of lettuce. The container was only 1/4 filled for a large. Both items arrived cold and soggy. I dont know about you but cold and soggy Mexican food is disgusting. The shop was close to closing hours which is probably why they gave me such appalling service. Will never order here again.

I ordered Grande Melt wrap but what i have got rea disappointing. It wasnt toasted anymore and didnt put any salsa in it. I was waiting for 40 mins to get this order and received this kind of food. They prepared it within 5 mins and gave to dasher without make it properly. Really disappointing.

Cant go wrong with the Burrito Combo . im addicted to it.
