Absolute shame it's closing, get yourself here before it does. The crackers with seaweed salt was deliciously addictive. Other standouts include the prawn toast and bingsoo to finish. Can't wait for the owners next venture.
Our favourite place for modern Korean food. A bit sad and alarmed to hear it may be closing soon. So if you haven't tried this spot yet, hurry! The fried chicken is insanely good and if you can take the heat, have it with a bit of gochujang sauce to really take it to the next level. The shallot pancake is a delight of umami flavours from the mushrooms and jamon and you shouldn't give the beef tartare a miss either. Highly recommended.
We were very lucky to get in for a seating with Paper Bird due to shut it’s doors imminently. Moon Park and Paper Bird were both great eateries and I am excited to see what this team comes up with next. Always a pleasure.
We had the banquet and each course was so delicious I kept on wanting more. We also paired it with wine which was also fabulous.
