Boston Pizza - Fergus

The food was mediocre, nothing extraordinary. It tasted fine, so no major issues there. However, we were the only customers there for quite some time, and our waitress seemed more interested in chatting and socializing with other staff members than in checking on our table. We had to wait as if the restaurant was packed.

The food quality was lackluster and uninspiring. Throughout our meal, flies were a constant annoyance, hovering around our plates. Surprisingly, our food took a significant amount of time to arrive, despite the restaurant being empty. The only positive aspects were the well-maintained restrooms and the friendly server, who struck a good balance of attentiveness. It was amusing to see a child working there, though.

We were seated at a table, waited for approximately 20 minutes without any service, not even a "I'll be right with you". The waitress completely ignored us as she walked by us multiple times. We decided to leave.

We went into the quiet fergus Boston pizza for our Friday night dinner, after an exhausting week. We were greeted by the manager and was shortly seated. After watching 15 mins of the two waitress eat while talking to the manager we were finally approached by our waitress. We ordered our drinks, and watched our waitress put the order in ,continue eating and talking to her coworker. About 10 mins of waiting in this DEAD Boston pizza, the waitress starts to make our drinks. We were finally served our app, the new beef one. Which looked like it was created by my 7 year old niece, It looked like a soft baked taco rolled into a wrap with a sad serving of sour cream. Let's not get started on the new Mac and cheese, which looked like there was over cooked loose pasta in a bowl of cheesy soup topped with chicken finders. Don't even start with the side of garlic bread which was barely toasted in one side, and had never seen warmth on the other. We also ordered the new pizza, it was also undercooked and under seasoned, overall unimpressive.You can tell the lack of passion and care by each employee from the moment you step, which has clearly carried into thier food as well. No I would not come back here!

Restaurant was NOT BUSY. APRROX. 5 TABLES. ARRIVED AT THE RESTAURANT AT 1:40 PM AN RECEIVED THE FOOD AT 2:30PM. WE WERE REALLY HUNGRY TOO. WAITRESS IS AWFUL. Took awhile to bring drinks. My pizza arrived but I asked for peppers flakes...waitress didn't even check on me for 30 mins after to make sure our food was good. I return my pizza. Still hungry. I wasn't going to wait another 1.5hr for a remake. TOTALY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR REVISIT THIS LOCATION. JUST AWFUL.
