We were very last minute on a busy Friday night, and the reception staff were great. Riley took care of us with special needs, and the room was excellent. The hotel is older, but well-maintained. The staff has a solution for everything that isn't brand new. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is beautiful and of medium size. The breakfast is warm and delicious. The air conditioning is great, which was especially appreciated during my stay when it was 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool is large and nice. The only downside is that they only clean the room every 3 days, but they are happy to provide anything needed. Additionally, they offer free cookies at reception and 24-hour access to coffee and tea.

Given the shortage of staff at hotels these days, cleaning only occurred every three days. We had to request towels and coffee from the front desk. However, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was fully booked, so we were glad we made a reservation! We will definitely be staying here again.

I had 2 spiders crawling in my hotel room. I had a king-suite with a jaccuzi and there was 2 spiders crawling on the tile and floor of my room. I stayed 1 night which was a Saturday 6/18/2022. It was so disgusting how I paid $230.00 and had bugs in my room. Everything else was good but I wish I could get a refund or credit for this hotel
