The food and service here is great! Mallory took care of me with my food allergy, checked us frequently and was very friendly. All on my table loved their food, including the pimples pizza, spicy pommes and the cauliflower Mac n cheese. We love the variety of board and card games they offer. Just one of our favorite places to meet with friends.
Great restaurant and good food. I love the fact that it is ready to play games with friends. It is a great concept, and they have an endless supply of games. I got the vegan Kale Cashew salad, which was very good, but I wish there were more options beside the salad and the Pommes. I also loved the frits, but again the vegan options are limited. It looks like the fungus patty isn't vegan either, so I didn't try it either.
The spicy hairs are amazing!!! The service is excellent. Chris, the house games librarian, is great and super helpful. We had so much fun! And this place is dog friendly.
Finally tried this place after hearing about it from my friend Kola, who pretty much runs the place. It has a great open atmosphere. The large space of The Corner is nicely set up for a date night, a chill night out with friends, or celebrating a family member?s significant achievement. We sat at the bar and started off with some beverages. The selection was nothing short of abundant. I was happy to venture into the world of sparkling botanical teas as I am a non-alcoholic. We also ordered food. There were so many creative options to choose from. By my buddy, Kola?s recommendation I went with the cauliflower pita and spicy fries. Both dishes excited my taste buds in their own ways. The cauliflower pita was fresh, loaded with the greenest baby arugula and finely crusted halloumi in harmony with a perfectly roasted cauliflower steak. The spicy fries, as the name describes, were spicy but, not too spicy. The fries came out hot and piled high. Topped with green onions, a spicy aioli, and dusted with crushed up flaming hot Funyuns, these fries are enough to fly solo rather than just a side or a perfect snack to share. I am excited to return for another visit to try their pizzas, peruse their dessert menu, browse their huge board game library, and maybe even throw some axes at det axe
