Excellent Asian restaurant, perfect service and high cuisine, really great address, very helpful boss

Thank you to Chez Mamy! I ordered by phone a thai pad and I asked not to add sugars that twist in sauces due to type 1 diabetes. They told me they were gonna do everything they could. Since I used to be with other restaurateurs to be ignored, I did not expect this request to be respected. When I went to get my order, they told me they did everything they could to respect my order. Still distrustful, when I arrive at my place for dinner, I go for a tuna pad, incredible, without sweet sauces, very well seasoned. I take my mother's thai pad to compare and actually, it's different, hers contains the sweet sauces. This testifies to the freshness of the products used and their listening. It's the first time I get listened to in a restaurant. You can't imagine how it affects me. A big BRAVO and a bigger MERCI!
