He is supported by his amazing family despite some setbacks, and their dedication shows in the delicious cuts of meat they offer. Whether you're passing through on a road trip or a local resident, you have to try their fresh cuts. Everything is delicious, but the Friday afternoon specials are a must-try. The meat is tender and juicy, especially the sweet mary. Keep up the good work Wes!
The restaurant offers high-quality meat options, with a special recommendation for the prime rib cut, which is cooked slowly for special occasions. The variety of meats and sausage options is impressive and the Friday rib night special is a great opportunity to bring home a delicious meal. Both the pork and beef are cooked well, but the bark is a personal favorite.
My wife and I were fortunate to have our wedding at Back Country Meats two summers ago. We were extremely pleased with how everything turned out and our guests were asking for more. We had so much food that we ended up sending our family members home with goodie bags.
A good old fashion meat business. the personal is friendly and will definitely help them what they need. there are some display cases in the main business, but if they don't find something they ask because they are other products in the...back Friday night smoked porridges for a nice tasty. phone to reserve some and arrange a pickup time.
We visited Dayna and received the most amazing service, attention to detail, kindness and quality. The ribs, steaks, jerky, sausage and prime rib we bought were AMAZING! They were cut and seasoned perfectly. We were on our honeymoon and would highly recommend EVERYONE visit Backcountry...Meats. Tell Dayna we said hi! Jamie Kady
