China Chef - Fernley

I ordered the beef and broccoli, General Tso's chicken, chicken and shrimp lo mein, and some egg rolls. When the food arrived, it was hot and steaming. The General Tso's chicken was perfect—not too sweet and well-seasoned, delicious with every bite. The beef and broccoli wasn't overly salty; the soy sauce they used was a great improvement. This is definitely a better option than the typical buffet feeling you get at places like Porcelain King in Fernley.

Fast service, food arrived immediately. I'm an introvert and don't like a little entertainment. Service was up to the point of the moment I went and ordered. Food is very tasty and consistent. Lunch is an excellent deal. I had the Mongolian beef and mixed it with the chicken Chow mine.

The food is always excellent when we dine here. However, our experience when leaving isn’t as great.
