China Chef - Fernley

I lived in Fernley for over 3 years and I was kindly hesitating to stop this little town from China boss and not too many choices for big food. This year 2014 I finally decided to try it a boring Sunday evening my husband and I decided to stop by and order some food (I am very fussy about how my food tastes) we sat and eat in their restaurant (run down place, but very friendly people) Great service we even have hot tea for FREE very good tea and served in cute little porcelain sauces, and the food! I've been going back since.

They are in serious the best restaurant in the city, I always get the orange tofu, it is not on the menu, but they put substitutions! the personal is also great!

We ordered the lunch special Sesame Chicken and General Tso's Chicken. They came out fast and fresh, made to order not premade. Both meals were exceptional! Some of the best Chinese food we've had.
