Pizza Factory - Fernley

Don't get the pesto, tomatoes, garlic pizza. Burnt pizza that tastes like rubber for $30 for a medium! Plus a good delivery tip. Paid for extra sauce added a note to a little extra sauce please, it had zero sauce on it. Chewing gum, my husband won't even eat it, he eats everything. Also the promo code we got in the mail didn't work. Can't find out how to post a picture?

Through the city, decided to stop to get a disc. Pizza was perfectly cooked, even the crust! The service was fast. When we were gone, we got coupons... I think we're going through again!

Waited 2 hours for a simple online order and waited patiently for my pizza to come be delivered. Called to ask where the pizza was and they did not make the pizza because they said the order I PAID FOR they did not have a ticket for and therefore did not exist. Until I informed them I already paid. They then went out of their way to try excuse themselves and lie about why their services took 2 hours for the most basic pizza. Terrible customer service. Pizza was mid.

Instead of driving into Reno, I decided to visit the Pizza Factory in Fernley. The first thing I noted was their aversion to knives. The pizza wasn't cut all the way through and their lettuce was wasn't cut. They want to charge $1.99 for a soda. No thank you. There were two half-eaten cold pizzas on the buffet. I asked if they would be making more and the girl behind the counter said that they only keep two pizzas on the buffet at a time. Really? Those are both gone and now there hasn't been any pizza for 15 mins. Everything was dried out on their salad bar. I'll drive to Reno next time. UPDATE: As I was ready to leave, they did bring a new pizza out.
