Cafe Fonte De Cima - Ferreira Do Zezere

On our way out to Dornes in Ferreira do Zêzere, we stopped at noon in the restaurant “Fonte de Cima, who is a local restaurant on the road to the village of Dornes. The restaurant seats 42 people inside, but outside, on the terrace, there are more seats. They have a terrace where it is possible to have lunch or dinner outside, in the open air. The specialty of Café Restaurante Fonte de Cima Casa is fried fish from our river Zêzere with its secret sauce, accompanied by Tomato Rice, Migas or Fried Potatoes. We chose for the day dish which was very good. A warning, we arrived around the middle of the day, and luckily, because about 15 minutes later the restaurant was sold out, with many people waiting for a free table.

Nothing special, crowded and stressful environment, the food was average quality and some porcions were small, dont recommend if looking for peace and quiet
