Dairy Queen - Ferris

There is a complete lack of management at this establishment. Speed of service is absolutely horrible and after waiting 30 minutes my blizzards were still wrong. Hopefully there can be better training in the future. I will be going to red oak DQ from now on . I will never go back to this place.

Took forever, dip machine was too hot so my dipped cone came out wrong twice. Just not the best customer service that day

If you don't have at least one childhood memory of visiting Dairy Queen for a soft-serve cone or hot fudge sundae, then you must have been living under a rock. It's a totally beloved sweets shop—and for good reason. Treats like the classic Dilly bar and banana split, plus fully-loaded Blizzards, are more than enough to keep even the biggest dessert haters coming back for more

Overall had Good service. If your looking for a place to eat and then get back on the freeway then this the place to stop and eat at.

Parking: Not about the parking. DO NOT GET THE FOOD HERE. GOT 1/2 AN ORDER OF CKN DUMPLINS FROM WHERE I GOT A WHOLE CONTAINER AT MANY OTHER LOCATIONS. AND A ROACH IN MY BURGER.
