Le Maure'sk - Fes

Our visit was inspired by a review that promised a delicious break from the usual Tangine and couscous fare, and we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional service and a menu that exceeded all expectations. My husband raved about the food, calling it the best he's had in Morocco. And I couldn't agree more from the shrimp, avocado, and mango salad to the perfectly cooked fish, every dish was a true delight. But the real standout was the apple pie it was so delicious, we simply had to try it twice! The French owner adds to the charm of the restaurant, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. It's a dining experience that will stay with us for years to come. If you're looking for a culinary adventure in Morocco, this restaurant is an absolute must visit.

Would really recommend this place! Christian and his partner are great hosts. The restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere. The chef made very tasty dishes using Maroccan ingredients and flavours, combined with other kitchens like the French. Overall a great experience with high quality food. Mai avrei pensato di mangiare così bene , specie quando ho assaggiato la pasta con gli scampi al sugo..mi e' sembrato di tornare in Italia per un attimo ,dove la pasta e' uno dei piatti piu' rinomati. I dessert sono originali e curati nei dettagli.Da esperta pasticcera posso dire che vale la pena arrivare fino al dolce.Inoltre la location e' meravigliosa , dato che dalla terrazza si può ammirare un panorama mozzafiato. Bravo il proprietario Christian che ha saputo unire lo. stile romantico e raffinato parigino a quello magico e misterioso del Marocco.
