Hardee’s - Festus

I bought the breakfast burrito ? and it was good and filling. I wish that they would put their sauces out for you to get rather than having to wait for an employee for simple ketchup.

Went to restaurant during breakfast hours. They were out of ham and large cups. The trash in the means room was overflowing and all over the floor.

Alexis and her team were absolutely exceptional employees, especially given the fact that there were only 3 of them (from what I could see) running the restaurant. It was consistently busy and they never lost focus of continuously working to service the customers. Not only that, Alexis was keeping the most welcoming, friendly, and helpful of demeanors the entire time, and then still working once it settled down for a moment to go clean tables!! You can't find workers like that anymore! Alexis and her team today deserve recognition and a significant raise! Alexis also should be promoted and given a double raise!

OMG! I stopped here on my drive back from Illinois to Texas. My chicken sandwich was sooooo horrible! I started eating it in the dark! I'm experiencing it now. Yuck!

Waited 30 mins to get tenders and fries. Horrible wait time for fast food
