Rich's Frozen Custard - Festus

The service was fantastic! I was greeted right away, and the young women working there had such friendly smiles. I ordered a concrete, hoping it would remain frozen long enough to take home to my grandma, unlike the fast food places where you end up with more of a shake topped with soft serve. My order was prepared quickly, and it was definitely thick, filled right to the top of the dome lid, and presented with a warm smile. And yes, it remained frozen by the time I got home, even in the warm weather without air conditioning in the car. I was very satisfied with it. It was a bit pricey, but I think it’s worth it compared to paying for overpriced ice and melted treats.

This is a wonderful family-run ice rink! Just a heads-up: they don’t have restrooms available for customers. They do offer a drive-thru or order window for convenience.

The staff work diligently and quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. The manager is great, and the team is excellent. However, they could use someone to cover the shifts from 6 to 9. Additionally, please update the hours on Google, as they are incorrect and quite confusing. All the frozen custard options are fantastic—this is definitely the best place to visit. The employees are also incredibly polite.
