I had a lovely evening with my family at this delightful restaurant in Ficksburg. The espatada with chimichurri sauce is a definite must-try. The meat was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked. Be sure to try their locally made chocolates; you won't regret it!

The gin bar is a highlight, showcasing an impressive selection of exotic gin, all presented with great style. It’s always a pleasure to spend time here. Additionally, their handmade soap and gift shop is fantastic, offering a variety of unique items. The Saturday markets are a real treat, where local artisans sell their goods, including fresh produce from community farmers, such as the lovely asparagus ladies. You can also enjoy the finest coffees and delicious cakes, along with beautiful quilts and other art creations. Visiting Café Chocolat is consistently a wonderful experience!
