Gasthof Zum Schlern - Fie allo sciliar

Locale spazioso con la possibilità di cenare all'aperto, con molti giochi per bambini all'esterno. I piatti sono abbondanti e curati sia nella presentazione che nel gusto, abbiamo mangiato bene. Ciò che potrebbe essere migliorato è la relazione con il cliente, abbiamo avvertito rigidità e serietà, come se gli italiani fossero di serie B. Abbiamo anche fatto i complimenti per il cibo, ma la risposta è stata un imbarazzante silenzio. Il cibo non è tutto se non vi sono persone disponibili ad accoglierti.

Sono rimasto un po' scioccato nel ricevere questo servizio "Sud Tirol" dopo una settimana passata in Italia accogliente. Siamo stati ignorati all'ingresso e solo dopo un'attesa di un'ora siamo stati accomodati al tavolo. Il cibo era buono, ma durante tutto il pasto non ci siamo sentiti affatto ben accolti. Mai più!

Siamo stati troppo famiglia, con un totale di 6 bambini, arrivati intorno alle 19:15. 5 di noi hanno ordinato cibo, il resto non ne ha ottenuto. Mezz'ora dopo l'ordine di 5 pizze. Siamo partiti alle 21:30 dopo aver dovuto andare al bancone... quando l'amichevole richiesta di pagamento non è stata attesa. Il bambino più piccolo aveva 6 anni. Apparentemente il personale non ha figli che hanno fame/sonno.

We had dinner there two weeks ago with some friends and actually was eating pretty good. we had a mix of Italian and South Tyrolean species of food - everything was very tasty, including the desert. the tiramisu was nothing special, but the local kastanie. the cake was very different and good. the house is quite old and the restaurant looks very traditional. was extremely full on Friday night and then. we went without reservation and was in order that we had to wait one, but what was most harassed me was the way they only ignored us for 10-15min without even saying a word when we get one table or not. I don't think that's acceptable at all. otherwise we and most people around us were generally satisfied with eating and also service. I think it's a good option for those who stay in the village, which was also our case. the prices are also in order to complain so nothing if we can forget the first 15min we spent in the entrance hall.

The restaurant is located on the road that leads to suisi of bozen, and it is a great stop when they live somewhere near before they enter the mountain above. the prices are quite reasonable, atmosphere is beautiful and the pizzas are really great! they have a high fireplace from a wood oven where the pizzas are prepared. the service is quite average, but the large pizza and reasonable prices are making for it completely.
