No matter which Chipotle I visit, I know I'll have a tasty, filling meal friendly people behind the counter. Highly recommended!
Ordered delivery.Got half portions ordering for delivery.Will never do that again
At the time of writting (4/14/24), I would advise avoiding this location for picking up food. I got in line at my food expected pick up time which was 6:40, ended up waiting in lane for 40 minutes before I made it to the window, which I was then asked for my name and time, (When my food was supposed to be ready) which I then heard them say focus on my order. I ended up waiting another 7 minutes for the food to be handed to me.This implies the pick up line is essentially a drive through because they don't make your food until you are at the window (this defeats the purpose of a pick up only lane).Customer service was beyond poor and the food was not worth what they are charging.Maybe give it a few months for them to get it together but I would suggest Quedoba or even TacoBell over them at this moment.
Staff training should extend beyond burrito rolling to prioritize exceptional customer service. It's crucial to avoid crossing hands at the register and actively engage with customers during transactions, rather than engaging in side conversations. Additionally, a reminder for employees to display genuine enthusiasm for their roles is important; professionalism is valued over casual demeanor at this establishment.
