Brasserie - Fife

The food in the Brasserie is sooooo good! I had the venison in cranberry sauce and it was cooked to perfection. The choice at breakfast is also very good, and the staff so attentive.

The breakfasts are delicious and made to order, with excellent value for the evening meals. Both the bar and restaurant areas are fantastic.

Food absolutely poor. Out of a packet, well that's what it felt like. Look and taste were terrible. Hard for me to say anything positive about the experience. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

We were a party of 12 for a special birthday lunch on Sunday 3rd February. Our table was set and ready for us and easy access for two of our party with slight mobility issues. From beginning to end the meal was exceptional and a true credit to the chef, waiting staff and the hotel. We nearly all had starters which all arrived together and were hot and tasty. Twelve main courses ranged from chicken, leek and mushroom pie, steak pie, burgers and a special mention for the venison steak which was Gleaneagles standard food. Everything was so well prepared and hot with really good sized portions. Sweets were lovely and every member of the party thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The venue is lovely with nice views over the gardens. Can’t recommend highly enough and we will certainly be back.
