Caspian - Fife

I placed an order for delivery and waited for an hour and a half. When I called the restaurant, they said it would be another 10 minutes. However, my order never showed up. The service was absolutely terrible.

This restaurant is a complete disappointment. I placed an order over the phone, only for it to not be ready or even started when I arrived. The staff was not even pleasant about the situation. The service was extremely poor.

Just had a chicken tikka masala meal was sooo good! Thanks again ?

Ordered tikka masala and just took it back must have dropped the salt tub in i, then had the cheek to see it wasnt salty and refused to change the order very disapointed

Order arrived 35 minutes late, it was incorrect and there was Infact a hair in one of the hoggie wraps. I phoned to explain the situation I was told I would be phoned back. This failed to happen, when I phoned back they told me to understand that they were busy tonight. The ‘boss’ then explained to me that the order would be sent again. An hour later and this was not sent, I then phoned back and was met with nothing but abuse and the phone was then put down on me!
