Elie Deli Tasse - Fife

Fresh food cafe tajeaway side of deli’ is very poor. Asked about sausage sandwich and she went to fridge and out cane a tupperware box of cold grey pre cooked sausages. Urghhhh. Unbelievable. So I asked for a cheddar cheese sandwich and it looked like processed cheese slices. She put tiny bits of lettuce and tomato which had been wrapped in tiny bits of cling film. Urghh. I should have walked away. Go to Giddy gannet in St Monan and see how food is served.

My grandmother, who is not very tech-savvy, asked me to write a review based on her and her friends' experience at a small family-owned restaurant managed by a mother and son duo. Sometimes there is only one of them working, as staff need days off, but even with a wait, they are always apologetic, friendly, and helpful. My grandmother and her friends loved the delicious coffees and warm scones served with butter and jam. They prefer the personal touch of this establishment over being rushed through a conveyor belt restaurant. As a group, they highly recommend Elie Deli Tasse.

Excellent! we are on holiday in the opposite and we have made a bee line here on the first day to camp. we took so much time that they had a party to celebrate their reopening in new rooms after a fire. many beautiful things to taste and beautiful, friendly owners. beautiful fresh bread every morning and delicious homemade dishes, inc a fab marinated side of the salmon, in addition to a good selection of deli foods, food and weine. we have made practically all our shopping opportunities between here and the nearby Ardross farm shop.

Great business! bought baguettes for lunch they were beautiful today, no slip on the fillings too! great choice, friendly staff if they were a gin fanatic wow amazing selection!
