Fast N Fresh - Fife

Have to order on just eat because they don’t have their own driver this shops been here since I can remember and having to go through just eat to get a driver to deliver the food I want from their shop is a joke

Often go to fast and fresh as generally I think their baguettes are delicious, however on this occasion l only popped in for a scoop of ice cream for my 4 year old daughter. I was told she couldn’t do me only 1 scoop because they had no 1 scoop tubs and only 3 scoop tubs. I then obviously asked for 1 scoop in a 3 scoop tub which I was refused. So instead of upsetting my daughter I reluctantly paid for 3 scoops. Not the biggest deal in the world but such a lack of compassion. Really didn’t feel nice at all

I regard fast and fresh as the best sandwich shop in Scotland, so it breaks me to write this but am left feeling horribly disgusted and disappointed in the chicken mayo bacon baguette with lettuce onions and jalapeños, firstly as like to start at the beginning, hungover regretting a lot of life decisions, best thing to cheer me up my beloved fast and fresh, just eat ordered 20 mins later at door prefect happy boy, box opened snap chat photo took lips licked prepared to dismantle, first bite inhaled…. Somethings not right second twice the size with extreme hope, the thing missing the f filling it’s as if they scraped the droppings off the floor and spread it on my baguette, usually even with a mouth my size struggle to fit it all in (that’s what she said) but today on this hungover regretful sunday there was more butter on it that chicken mayo very very disappointed… will give second chance next week please improve

Stopped here on a busy Saturday for lunch on my way to East Wemyss. There's a queue to get in that stretched out into the pavement because of distancing rules, so that's a good sign. The set up is that the staff will make up a roll or baguette with various fillings. I asked for a cheese omelette baguette and a vanilla latte. The omelette was okay, cooked on a flat top grill, but I guess you can't except high brow cooking. The latte was good except the server forgot to put the vanilla syrup into it. Overall, the food was decent.
