Texas Roadhouse - Findlay

On our most recent visit last night, we waited 45 minutes just to be seated, even though there was a whole section of the restaurant that remained empty the entire time. Throughout our wait, we noticed that many people were being seated while we waited—over 50, in fact. When we finally asked about our table, we were seated immediately but were split up across two tables. While we were waiting, an older couple sat next to us, and after waiting about 30 minutes, they ended up leaving. The hostess asked them where they were going, and the man mentioned their long wait, to which the hostess laughed. He told her that it wasn't a joke, and I saw at least five other couples leave during our 45-minute wait as well. Once we were seated, we ordered drinks and appetizers. The appetizers arrived almost finished by the time our drinks finally showed up. Throughout our time there, a manager walked by several times but never stopped to check on us. This was just the latest example of a consistently frustrating experience at this place. The food has always been disappointing, to the point where I’ve opted to just order drinks in the past. I have had bad experiences at Applebee's before, which made me hesitant to return, but after this experience at Texas Roadhouse, I won't be coming back again.

I had a $19 sirloin that tasted even better than a $50 one—cooked to perfection! The staff was nice, helpful, and friendly. The bar staff was outstanding as well. Although they were quite busy, this chain restaurant in Findlay is truly a gem!

It’s a more vibrant spot, and we got seats at the bar quickly! Sarah, who was working the bar, was fantastic! I had the Dallas filet and shrimp, served with sweet and mushrooms. Everything was perfect and I have no complaints at all!

Eating was amazing and the service was great. it was for my father to sit on birthday and her birthday fire was creepy. he loved it. everything was clean and everyone was really friendly and accommodating to the nutritional needs of my party. I had the bone in ribeye with the baked carrot and it was perfect medium as I like. no doubt will go again. parking: many parking spacethetary restrictions: easily identifiable dishes and the personal was knowledgeable if it was not explicitly specified on the menu.
