West End Tavern - Findlay

The owner of this establishment is quite rude and judgmental, especially toward those who don't spend money. If you're looking for a bar where you can be respected and feel comfortable, this is not the right place for you!

I arrived on Monday at 1 PM, only to find the door closed. Despite a prominent sign stating “We are open” and the hours posted on the door, they were not actually open. I was really looking forward to trying the place, so you can imagine my disappointment.

It feels like we only manage to visit on St. Patrick's Day, but it's always an amazing spot whenever we do!

Food was great. Beer was cold. We spent longer than planned but we were visiting with an out of town family member. Waitress/bartender was very good. Polite and pleasant. It is sort of our place to go with out of town family. Many many years of memories. Thank you.

Love this former train depot turned into a pub. Quirky setup but it works. Good food, for a bar. They make everything fresh to order, no heat lamps.
