Saltwater Fingal Bay, Port Stephens

Thank you will never be enough to express how grateful we are to everyone at Saltwater for making our wedding day so incredibly perfect and relaxed! Katie made planning our wedding a breeze and completely stress free. Kylie and Dave you have the most magnificent venue with the most delicious food, all our guests were amazed (especially when the whales came to visit) and had full tummies. An extra special thank you to David who ran our night so so smoothly. We had an absolute ball and Saltwater will always have a special place in our hearts! Thanks a million Jess and Lach

We recently held our wedding at Saltwater and were blown away by the whole process from first meeting and venue inspection, the ongoing communication after deciding to press ahead with them, food tasting and finally the celebrations on the night. We had an epic time all round largely due to the fabulous venue and the awesome staff. They did their best to give us the amazing evening we were after! Kylie and Dave the owners took a keen interest in making sure everything was as we desired and you can tell they're proud of their venue. If you're seeking a coastal venue with panoramic views I highly recommend.

We can’t thank Kylie, Dave and Katie enough for the effort and hard work they put into making sure our wedding day was perfect. They made the whole process so easy on us which helped us have a stress free planning process. The day flowed seamlessly and perfectly. We couldn’t be happier. Our wedding cake arrive broken and Dave went out of his way to fix it for us. The food and service was amazing! Everyone commented on how lovely everything was. It was the most perfect day of our lives and we will be recommending them to everyone!

Came here with a family group of 7, including one with coeliac disease. We were so impressed with the amount of gluten free options on the menu and she was very happy with her meal! The staff were lovely and everything else we ordered was delicious and satisfying. We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone staying near fingal bay. Wow what a day , we never wanted it to end. All our guests keep telling us it was one of the best weddings they have been too. Everyone raved about how full they were and quality of food and drinks. The view is spectacular and with the outside and inside feel you have the perfect mix. Located right on the beach with loads of accommodation close by our travelling guests could enjoy themselves and stroll back to their rooms. We are so glad we chose Saltwater for our wedding and thoroughly recommend it to anyone
