Drove over on a glorious sunny Saturday afternoon and it was closed. Ended up getting soup and a toasty from the cafe across the road.

I can't understand the good reviews here. It's a simple fish and chip shop. I didn't taste any difference in the different dishes. You can also talk yourself into quality. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The staff was incredibly friendly. We returned after discovering this restaurant last year. Although they were out of squid today, we tried the battered langoustine instead, and it was delightful and fresh. The scallops were outstanding—huge, juicy, and perfectly cooked (pink and tender). We had also forgotten just how good the chips were (definitely not your typical frozen kind!). I would highly recommend this place if you enjoy fresh seafood. Food: 5 stars.
