I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic. The vegan breakfast was delicious, with croissants, fresh fruit, and coffee with almond milk. It happened to be my birthday during my visit, and they went above and beyond by surprising me with a cake and a lovely pair of earrings. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when I return to Florence.

Outique hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant is delicious and made with fresh, local ingredients. We highly recommend Velona's to anyone visiting the city.
