Mcdonald's Firenze Cavour

Una delle ragioni per cui mi piace McDonald's in Europa è la presenza di chioschi in modo da poter ordinare in inglese. Qui parlavano inglese, ma mi piacciono comunque i chioschi. Ho preso un ottimo e caldo Big Mac fresco qui e mi sono seduto a un tavolo pulito per gustarlo. La posizione è comoda per molti luoghi turistici come David.

Stavo cercando un risultato migliore rispetto agli Stati Uniti e invece è successo il contrario in Italia! Il pasto era terribile e il cappuccino tiepido non era molto meglio.

McDonald's con un banco di paste! Solo in Italia! lol A parte questo, era solo McDonald's. Il nostro ordine è arrivato rapidamente, il cibo era caldo e come previsto. Quindi nessun reclamo e a volte è bello avere un vecchio classico anche in un altro paese!

Mc Donald’s should change their happy meal to Angry meal! My chinese friends with 2 kids lined up to buy 2 happy meals, kids like to choose which toys to have since they advertise several choices of the give away toys in it. This cashier who is short, chubby with kinky hair, who also spoke in spanish) was dunking all the food into the happy box showing how irritated she was but since my chinese friend mom of the kids) knows little Italian she just left without a word but she noticed the cashier’s meaness. It was our turn and my son said “ a happy meal with carrots and nuggets and a gray whale” This mean woman ignored my son and asked me what my order was. She said then explained that she only has2 kinds out of about 6/7 kinds. What was available were the leopard and blue whale. My son said leopard then she dunk the food in anger as well as the french fries and chicken nuggets. That’s the time i got so angry and pointed to her face!! I said, are you angry? Why are you dunking all my son’s food into the box? She denied it. I said you never do that to a costumer! Ok? I am a costumer and my son was just choosing which toy to get. She denied her wrongdoing and i shouted to her face in anger” Have a nice day!!! We went to the basement dining area and before I went out I asked for the manager and told him the story, he was apologetic for the crew who was impolite. To Mc Donald’s HR please hire people who are pleasant or else get rid of the happy meals so your crew will not deal with kids!! You will have more better crew to hire in Florence!!

Went to McDonald's hoping to get an American sized coffee at an American price. This was not your typical McDonald's. There was a bakery filled with decadent desserts and food was ordered and paid for at a kiosk. Biggest disappointment the cafe Americano was a cup half filled with coffee. Guess it true...there's no place like home. The pastry was good though.
