Havana Cigar Lounge Fishers

My experience at Havana was fantastic. The food and drinks were delicious. My server, Jasmin, was friendly and attentive, which definitely added to the great experience. I highly recommend this place, and if you go, be sure to ask for Jasmin!

Service was terrible. Jasmin was rude and impersonal. She acted like serving us was an inconvenience. Wanted to enjoy many more drinks but had to end the night due to her unprofessional demeanor. Would not recommend.

Worst cigar lounge in all Indy area!!!! Everytime, I mean everytime, I try 2 give this place a chance I have a horrible experience. Its the only Black owned cigar lounge here so I keep trying 2 give it a chance. Nope, 2nite same ole..... So called security stops me door tells me its an hour long wait 2 be seated. I 'm alone I see 3 seats open the bar. Security person tells me I can 't have 1 of the seats. Fine. I head to humidor so I can purchase a few sticks 2 go. Same security dude follows me into humidor yelling me, where the hell do u think u going? I told him 2 purchase some cigars . Since he embarrassed me like I was doing something wrong, I just left and will never return. Will instruct my large network to never visit this place!!!!

Staff is friendly. Had the tempura shrinp and fries. Shrimp was very good. Fries, not so much. For me, i didn't like the spice they put on everything. My Diamond Crown was smoking perfectly until I removed the wrapper. Then it split, then the draw sucked and kept going out. Stock in the humidor was low, so not much of a choice below $30 a stick. I will not be back here while I am in town. Disappointing.
