Marco's Pizza 1183 - Fishers

Do NOT order delivery here. The pizza is good, but they outsource delivery to DoorDash and it is terrible. We ordered our pizza on the Donato?s website, NOT through DoorDash, but they don?t have their own drivers so they just send it to DoorDashanyway. A half hour after our order was promised, we called the restaurant and were told our order was done and waiting on aDoorDash driver to pick it up. We offered to come and get it ourselves, but they said that was not possible. It was in thesystem so it had to wait for Doordash. Well, it ended up arriving an hour and 15 minutes late. And, since it was ready andwaiting all that time, of course it was cold. From these reviews, this seems to happen often. The pizza is done and has towait an hour for someone to pick it up, thanks to DoorDash?s poor service. Donato?s needs to drop DoorDash. I don?t see thathappening any time soon because it seems Donato?s is aware and doesn?t care. So, order pizza here, but PICK IT UP! Do not getdelivery.

It?s a shame when a good franchise goes in with poor management. Customer service is bad. Simple orders have errors.

Called 5 times after they said pizza was delivered. Delivery person delivered to wrong address across the street. Lives here for 10 years and that has never happened. Staff didn?t care and said it was not their issue and it was door dash even though Iordered through donatos website. Pizza and wings were cold and could get a manager back on phone.

Will not order again. Ordered pizza online set to pay in store, drove to store to pick it up, 1 lg pizza and 1 order of breadsticks for $28 is ridiculous. And it turned out to be just blah pizza. Dont get the Margareta pizza its bland almost only alayer of cheese. I'm standing at the counter to pay with my card in the machine and it has a precaluculated tip and it won't letme pick no tip so I said to the guy I'm doing something wrong it won't let me not leave a tip and he said oh hit the greenbutton and did it for me and when he handled me the receipt it charged almost $4 in tip. I told the guy (kid really) at leasttwice I didn't want to leave a tip and he just looks at me. Doesn't offer to back it off nothing. So I left. Before we start atipping war, I do tip and tip well when the situation warrants it. If I place an online order, drive to the store, park, walk inin pouring rain to get the food, for mediocor at best pizza and then be forced to pay a tip.... learned my lesson and won't beback.

Should have read the reviews first. Ordered at 5:30 for 7pm delivery. Finally get a notification at 7:45 it?s being delivered I watch the delivery driver (DoorDash) drive all over the city with my pizza. Needless to say is was stone cold when hefinally showed up at 8pm. Obviously didn?t have a heated bag the pizza probably sat for 45 min while waiting to be pickedup. Asked for contactless delivery and he stood on my porch ringing the doorbell so I had to open the door. Donato?s used tobe great, what happened after they moved to the new location? EDIT: I contacted customer support and not a thing... That was awaste of time
