Contribuisci feedbackI always pay for extra tips on my bauch grande and drill burrito, but always this place does not add. if they charge almost one dollar for extra cash, or extra money for guacamole or jalapeños, then the customer should get what they pay. unfortunately at this place I rarely get what I pay. I recommend avoiding this taco bell location unless they really don't want what they order.

The taco bell location is absolutely amazing! and I don't use it easy! all of the staff, the service, the food, the cleanliness of the restaurants and the parking place, their attention to the authenticity of the orders and ensure that they are correct, etc! I just can't say enough! (see the history below) I had a late night (10 o'clock Friday) ask for a long working week, so I went to the supposed (24hr) taco bell conditions next to my house, the on the way to the next position, which is less than 2 miles away in a residential area, they imagine my surprise to see it open and thriving! they had 5 6 cars in the car ride thru 7 8 cars parked in the partie waiting for to go up. when I waited for my daughter to write her order, I parked in the middle of the partie a way. In the 5 minutes I waited, I saw the most positive energetic person, ERIC(K) running outside the hand to foot, the orders to deliver, check and update people waiting, and he even went to my car out of the way to see if he could help me! I hadn't even ordered anything yet, but he was up on everything with a smile on his face all the time! I finally place an online order for the ride thru pickup and then a few minutes later when I pulled up to the running gear to get it. I discovered that it was only 3 people in the whole load! what? the constant stream of happy customers, both parked outside in the drive threw the speed with which it just happened to bleed my mind! we all know have experienced the many changes in customer service that have occurred since covid, but I need 110> day that is a load that has not only maintained its service level but has improved it! kudos to you, Eric(k) your coworkers! I will be a frequent customer from now on will refer their business to anyone who will hear!
$10 since I didn't get my two chicken chealupas. I tried to walk in so they could fix their mistake, but the doors were closed even if it says that the dining room was open. I tried to call and not answer. there was no possibility that I would return to the trip thru after waiting 20 minutes in the line. I understand that the employees are low, they should be able to cope with the accuracy.
I went through the drive thru around 3P on 8/19. When I get up to the kiosk the lady tells me that she doesn’t have access to something(? so she can’t make change AND the credit card machine is down. What a coincidence, right? Oh, and she’s the only one there but yet she’s “trying not to close.” Yeah, good luck with that…I told her that putting a sign at the entrance to the drive thru stating such would be helpful because there’s no escape once you’re in. Duh!?To the franchisee: If this store were a horse…..To potential customers: Keep driving!
