Terrible manager. Driver dropped off at wrong address and she yelled and refused to believe me when I was hungry. Then proceeded to drop off cold food that was already dropped off at the different address. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS
The food does not represent what they offer. Rude. Refused to reimburse. Never again. Couldn't believe that weren't allow to add to much sauce on my wings.
Ordered one 3 toppings pizza 2 cheese. Didn?t realize until I got home that they gave me 3 cheese pizza by mistake, called store told I could pick up replacement meat pizza that day or another day opted for 2nd option only to call 2 weeks later and was toldinformation was not entered in computer so I could not get my replacement pizza. Domino?s willing to loose customer over a $6.00medium pizza. Also girl that messed up my order was the same person I spoke with when I called for the replacement pizza, shepretended someone else handled my order on the original date. Told me to call corporate. Really!!
The two workers were yelling and fighting with each other over orders that were weren?t completed while we waited to pick up an online order. Got the food home, pizza was not what we ordered, which would have been fine if it was actually cookedthoroughly. The pizza dough was still raw, the chicken wings were not cooked through. Glad to know they care about food safety. I tried to call the branch and it wouldn?t go through. We tried to get a hold of customer service through dominos corporate andthey kept hanging up on us and we couldn?t submit the form to customer service. This is honestly infuriating for the amount ofmoney we spent and just not being able to communicate that there are health concerns for the undercooked food.
