Buffalo Wild Wings - Fitchburg

I visited this restaurant once before the pandemic and again after it reopened. The first visit was enjoyable, but the second visit raised some concerns.

I am disappointed to have to give such a low rating to a restaurant that I used to enjoy. The service and quality at Buffalo Wild Wings have really gone downhill recently.

I ordered boneless wings but received wings with bones in them. The wings were tough and had plastic on them. I was very disappointed as we are regular customers and usually have a great experience at this restaurant.

We decided to sit at the bar so we could get in right away. Sabrina, the bar inclined, is very friendly, helpful, a certain facility in this place. It was our first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and Sabrina was not just a great help to show me how to navigate the app so that I could redeem my birthday wings, but Sabrina is the reason we will have such a great experience back! The food was phenomenal, the service great, we didn't expect anything. The waiting staff was always clean. We ate too much, but this is our fault LOL Everything was just so good!

Delicious wings and friendly service. I went after work on a Wednesday night with staff and stayed a few hours. We went out and watched sports and stayed as long as we wanted, never rushed. We were happy with our waiter-win-recommendation when we needed help in the decision. I'd like to see you again.
