Cold Stone Creamery - Fitchburg

Cold Stone is excellent. The ice cream is delicious and it's entertaining to watch them create their desserts. The ice cream cakes are one-of-a-kind with different flavor options like Oreo, and layers of cake inside. However, it would be better if they let them set a bit before cutting and serving.

The staff at the restaurant was incredibly friendly every time I visited, and we ordered an Oreo birthday cake that my daughter absolutely adored. It was delicious!

Can we have some more information or updates on COVID-19 protocols? We've noticed that many people are vaccinated and returning to normal activities, but other Coldstone locations seem to be more prepared. It seems like the staff here may not be as motivated to enforce safety measures.

My friend and I stopped there. There were 1 employees and she did a fantastic job with how busy it was.

These poor children... the AC didn't work at all to melt the ice on the stone... there were 2 younger children who worked, and they did a great job... only to bring scrap situation for them!
