We stopped here on our way home from Branson. The restaurant was busy, but the staff worked quickly to get everyone taken care of promptly.
It has been some time since I last dined at a Dairy Queen. On this particular day, a friend recommended we go because they claimed they had delicious cheese curds. I have to agree, the cheese curds were pretty good. I also had a hot dog, which was tasty. The only downside was that the packets of mustard seemed old. They looked dry and brown through the clear packaging. However, the hot dog was good, the cheese curds were enjoyable, and the blizzard didn't spill out of the cup when turned upside down.
The guy in the drive thru with the Indian accent is by far the rudest food service employee I’ve ever encountered. How he still has a job is beyond me with the way he treats customers. Every time he’s been rude to me, but this time while he was taking my card from me and giving me my ice cream, he straight up laughed in my face. So were the girls behind him. Don’t know what his problem is, but I’ve always been courteous in my interactions with him and any other worker there so I don’t know why I would deserve that kind of horrible treatment. I hope this place gets shut down because I’m not the only one that’s fed up with the horrible quality of the food and lack of bare minimum customer care. Also this time there was an idiot in his truck just sitting there parked blocking the drive thru. ??
