Haveli Indian - Fitchburg

OH my lord this food is insane, not just for the Indian cuisine, it is one of the best I have ever had in Madison. They actually made a HOT selection HOT, I LOVE it.

It is amazing! The food is always wonderful. I love all of their masalas. They also have great naans among other breads! They also give you the option to adjust the spice level. Their hot spice level is hot but still tastes wonderful!

Got the Lamb Saag curry with Garlic Naan for takeout, and I have to say that this is quite possibly the best curry I 've had since I lived in Asia. The naan was generously portioned and had a perfect texture, fluffy and delicious. The curry, meanwhile was perfect, exactly the flavour I remember. Only issue I had was the spice, or lack thereof; I asked for EXTRA spicy , but it was a spicy at best.I will be coming here regularly, no question.

Got dinner from here last night and everything was delicious. It was ready on time, I drove 20 minutes back home, and everything was still hot. Indian food does tend to cost a bit more but compared to other restaurants, the serving sizes were larger and meatier. I was surprised how much lamb I got in my dinner. You're getting homemade, well seasoned, delicious, high quality food, of course I'm happy paying more. And I greatly appreciated the cashier double-checking my order before I paid, that was nice.

Impossible to get bad food here. Been ordering for years. One of my favorite restaurants in the Madison area. They don't mess around if you order it hot spiciness. Beware haha.
