Laredo's Mexican Fitchburg

Almost got out fast, and there was a lot of it. It was quiet in the restaurant, so we had very attentive waiting staff. The lunch menu is just right. Only proposal is to find some suitable vegetarian dishes. Cheese quesadilla needs a better protein source.

Great dinner. Great service. Portion sizes were great and we both left with lunch the next day. I'm suggesting dinner here!

The Mexican restaurant Laredo has been a family since 1988 and serves Wisconsin with 3 Madison locations. The food was deliciously consistent. Menu has most Mexican-American favorites to calm down any desire. Flavors are mild unless otherwise required. The place is spacious and suitable for a fiesta. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Thank you.

Authentic Mexican cuisine, always delicious, no matter what I order. The dining room can be quite loud when it's overcrowded. We went on a Sunday night, it wasn't crowded. The waiting staff is always attentive.

Food is always pretty good here. Sadly very understaffed and some of our orders were wrong. Hopefully things will pick up and be like old times soon. Definitely get the cheese dip for your chips.
