You paid a bunch of money and got the same or less of the ingredient. See the photo for all the EXTRA Nacho cheese on my Nacho Stix. I have to stop trying. Learn from my mistakes.
I ordered a vegan pizza and got a shed bacon. I then called to inform them about it and send them a correct one. They said they would do it immediately and it would be here in 15-20 minutes (it was a Monday night, so not busy, and I live about 5 minutes away). I was also told that the manager would call me when they came at 7:00. I called back 30 minutes later to see what the status was and was said he wasn't gone, so I asked for a refund. The person who answered the phone could not process it, but said the manager would be there at 7 and would handle it and call me immediately (they said they left another note to have the manager call). I phoned at 8:30 after I had not heard back, the manager had not yet made the refund, but said they did it while on the phone with me (I suppose they did, but I will not be able to check until tomorrow). I can't imagine trusting this place to eat again. If I had eaten the pizza, I would have had a good chance to get sick, then they have no urgency at all in correcting their mistake and left me hungry, and then again no effort and urgency in apology and correction of the situation. Somehow the worst experience I've ever ordered pizza, and I hope if that's not a freak accident that Toppers companies look into the franchise owners before they permanently ruin Toppers names. Edit: Toppers tries to solve this by expecting me to sign up for their loyalty program to get a free pizza. Seriously? You're scaring this hard and your repair asks me to register for a loyalty program? Absolutely wild.

I ordered the same of these toppers the last six times I was, and not even they got it right. Six times. Why do I order? Follow me six times and I guess it's my own fault at this point, I can't believe I spend more and more money just to be disappointed every time. Same mistakes every time, it doesn't matter if I order online and clarify with special instructions, or when I call it. The mistake involves forgetting the extra sauce I pay extra for, on my pizza, and often do not put ANY sauce (in all) even if I order both the normal pizza sauce base and add the extra buffalo sauce. I?ve had them correct it a few times they always seem like to do (i.e. 2 stars instead of 1), but it is not super fun for me to drive all the way back and wait for them to fix the same mistake over and over. Maybe it's a problem with how the toppings/ sauces appear at the end of the order intake, in what case should they really fix it.
Well I must say the quality has gone downhill. Changing my review from a 5 star to a one. They were great once upon a time. Now they bring you burnt pizza with hardly any toppings. When I asked for less in the oven they literally brought me raw pizza dough and breadsticks small than my index finger. No apology at the store. I actually got ill after biting into under cooked food. Oof won't be returning here. They really didn't want to give me my money back either.
