The food was fantastic and the view is unbeatable. The service was excellent as well. It is worth the short walk from the marina.

We stayed here for 4 nights on our two week holiday. Half of us stayed in the apartment and half in the junior suite. The junior suite was much nicer than the apartment. But regarding the apartment, we were a bit disappointed. The views from the rooms are nice and the balconies are lovely. The apartment had very thin walls and was next to the kitchen, which was smelly and noisy. The apartments are meant to offer access to a laundry service, which the staff told us were not working and when we asked where else there was laundry we were simply told she did not know, with no offer to help us further. The breakfast is very average, has very limited choice. Restaurant for dinner was nice but no atmosphere. There is a cost for new towels each day. The bedrooms in both the apartment and junior suite had no access to any open windows, so the rooms were extremely warm and stuffy. Amenities in the apartments weren’t enough to cook a proper dinner, and sometimes the apartment didn’t feel that clean, with a lot of hairs left on rugs and clean towels often had hairs all over them. The shower in the apartment leaked a fair bit and went everywhere. But location was great views were great. I’d say don’t waste money on the apartment, and get a junior suite, which also had a much nicer lounge area than the apartment.

LOVED this hotel! Beautiful views out of our room (picture from our balcony), nice clean rooms with a living room space overlooking the fjords- perfect for winding down in the evening. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but this didn’t bother me too much. Would definitely recommend staying here!
