A friend of mine introduced me to this place and I was a little hesitant because the menu had 'rare ' next to most if the menu items that included meat. The staff here are friendly but speak minimal English, so when I asked about the meat, I didn 't really get an answer. I order the #14 and it was very delicious. The extra bean sprouts and fresh jalepenos made my dish very tasty. I recommend this place, just be aware that they live playing Michael Jackson videos on the TV. The decore is fairly plane as well.
Absolutely delicious, I had the vermicelli noodles and my taste bud's were transported to flavor town.
It was my first time trying Vietnamese cuisine, and I was a bit nervous, but it turned out to be fantastic! The food tasted incredible. The restaurant was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. I really enjoyed my experience.
I can’t help but wonder if this is the only authentic Vietnamese place in Flagstaff, as their offerings definitely reflect that authenticity. The broth was absolutely delicious! My only complaint was that my pho arrived incorrectly, despite having discussed my preferences with the server. They did rectify it, so it wasn’t a major issue. Another slight downside was the absence of fish sauce and chili oil on the tables, which I’ve come to expect at other Vietnamese restaurants. This place only provided hoisin and Sriracha sauces, which doesn’t feel completely traditional to me. I also noticed they charge an extra dollar for any additional sauces you might want. Overall, this restaurant is well worth a visit for its authentic and delicious cuisine. Although I don’t live in the area, I would definitely return if I had the chance! I noticed another review claiming that the food wasn’t authentic and suggesting that diners had to "put all the ingredients together themselves," but I think that person misunderstood the proper pho etiquette.
