Don't get the Turkey dinner! it's the hot dog version of a turkey dinner! very rubbery texture and no taste. the filling had no taste and the engraving was pure salt. the personal does not care to provide qualitatiw high-quality customer service, as it is supported by the administration with just as bulky service. the customer is not always right in this device. Forbearance! the management refused to charge for dinner when I returned the dinner and did not eat it because I did not complain enough. below answer of the owner proves that the customer is not always correct in this device. the server did not ask twice how the things were and did not offer to get the manager for us at the departure. bold face lies! actually the table next to us complained about the service! I recommend looking for and visiting a quality customer service program for the server as well as for the administration! regarding the refund, the manager said she would “try to see if she could not cancel the ticket”. this lack of trust in their ability to fulfill the task proves the rational behind me, do not want to return my credit card information so that it could calculate for all but my dinner. I think it's easy to understand that I didn't want to be accused twice if she didn't convey it knew what she was doing!

My partner and I arrived about an hour before the end of dinner service. We were hoping to sit at a table, but even though there were fewer than six tables occupied, we were told there wasn’t a table available. Fortunately, one of the servers, Kat, came to our rescue and offered us a table in her section. I had a delicious club salad, while my husband enjoyed fried chicken. We both loved our meals, but the highlight of the evening was definitely the service provided by Kat. She was attentive, helpful, and friendly. Thank you, Kat!

Excellent restaurant for breakfast in flagstaff. wonderful variety of options, reasonable prices and friendly server. highly recommended!

My friend bought a pie. it looked amazing, but that's the only thing that was good at this cake. the cake crust was terrible and boiled under. the pfirsiche were not mature and terrible. they left the skin on the pfirsich slices, which were hairy/fury and very unpleasant. Moreover, there were rest of the dug on each disc, which like bite small rocks, bad, very bad. I was lucky I didn't chip a tooth. I tried to salt the cake by cutting out the rest of the scrub and cutting the furry skin away. that has not helped because the pfirsich was not mature or even close to mature. the WORST Piee I've ever had.

My wife and I dined at this restaurant on a bustling Friday night and had a fantastic experience. Our waitress, Anna, was outstanding. We were seated quickly, and despite having to serve two large tour bus groups of over 75 people, she still kept our drinks full and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was exactly as we ordered, and the hostess was also excellent. Thank you for a wonderful evening; we will definitely be back!
